i went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but I was advised regarding my brake pads on the front and back. I was very pleased to get them done without needing to have to have rotors put on as well thanks, Vera.

I brought my car in for servicing. I asked my advisor can they check my tires because my tire sensor came on prior to my arrival? I was told they would check out the tires and that wait time will be approximately 2 hours. I waited over 4 hours for an oil change and rotation of the tires. No one bothered to call me to tell me the service is going to take longer than anticipated or anything. I had to call to be told my car just finished servicing and is in line for a courtesy wash. I arrived to your dealership to learn in fact my car wasn’t ready nor was it properly washed. The car had water stains with a dirty interior. To add more frustration and anger I read my paperwork after leaving and read there’s a nail in the wall of the tire and the customer is aware of it. This is a lie and again no one bothered telling me anything about my tires. I could’ve had a blow out! I had to return my vehicle the following day because of this issue. I’m very disappointed with the continuous unsatisfactory poor experiences I’ve experienced with your dealership! I’m trusting that when I drop my vehicle that I’ll be taken care of and I’ll get the service that I’m paying for. I will not be returning to dealership to conduct any business!
