The concierge service for picking up and dropping off my car for service is simply amazing and incredibly convenient. It makes the entire process seamless. What truly stands out is their commitment to transparency and communication. Someone always calls me to confirm all information regarding the service plan before any work begins, and importantly, before charging me anything. This level of clarity and respect for the customer's budget is truly appreciated. I couldn't be happier with a car dealership. Vera Cadillac Buick has earned a customer for life!

Vera to the rescue again. I would like to say thank you to the entire Vera team. The service team, technician team, cashier, service manager, and service advisor. They are an extraordinary team. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They went up and beyond to make sure the I was satisfied with the work that was being done on my vehicle.

I recently had my car repaired at Vera by Giovanni, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the ,service he was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, but he also went the extra mile to make sure everything was running smoothly before returning it. It’s not often you find a company with employees who takes that kind of pride in their work. I highly recommend Giovanni—he truly made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and worry-free.
